Salinda Silva, CPA, FTI, B.B.Mgt (Accountancy), serves as Director, is a highly qualified CPA and registered tax agent in Australia, with a robust background spanning over 15 years in accounting, taxation, auditing, and bookkeeping. Certified in Xero, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and MYOB, Salinda has garnered extensive experience in the Australian BPO industry, serving diverse clients from Australia and UK. He has adeptly managed financial processes and client portfolios across various sectors including retail trading, construction, real estate, and e-commerce. With a strong foundation in financial management, Salinda brings extensive expertise in handling diverse accounting needs.
Sumudu Munasinghe Chief Executive Officer / Director
Sumudu Irosha Munasinghe, Chief Executive Officer/Director, holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy with First Class Honours and an MBA with Merit from the Postgraduate Institute of Management. She is a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) in the UK, an Associate Member of the Certified Public Accountants (ACPA), and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). With a distinguished career spanning 20+ years in accounting and financial management, Sumudu brings a wealth of expertise across multiple disciplines. She has successfully led initiatives in finance, accounting, and business management, demonstrating her strategic acumen and leadership. Sumudu is recognized as a leading woman entrepreneur and serves as a director for few other companies, contributing to organizational success and achieving business objectives.
Nishantha Perera Director
Nishantha Perera, B.Com, serves as Director, is a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in commerce. He is an expert in Xero, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and MYOB, bringing valuable insights and expertise to the team. With a comprehensive understanding of financial principles and business management, Nishantha plays a key role in driving financial strategies and achieving business objectives. He is well experienced in the Australian BPO industry, serving diverse range of clients from Australia. He has 5 years of experience in corporate accounting and as an Australian payroll specialist prior to joining public practice, along with 10 years of experience in public practice.
Udeshi Warnakulasuriya Director
Udeshi Warnakulasuriya, CPA, ACMA, CGMA, B.Com with distinction, serves as Director/ Partner with an extensive level of knowledge and background in taxation, accounting, auditing, and financial management. With a robust combination of qualifications, including being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Registered Tax Agent, Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Udeshi brings a wealth of expertise to the role. Starting her career in corporate accounting prior to joining public practice, she has 15 years of experience in public practice handling a broad variety of clients. Her comprehensive understanding of financial principles, taxation and strategic management ensures the clients receive high quality support, guidance, and advice in making the right business decisions and an effective leadership role to the operations of Integrity Spheres. She is well equipped with up-to-date knowledge and expertise in accounting & taxation with regards to all business structures, be it sole trade, partnerships, companies, trusts and SMSFs.
